How to reserve lodging for your event:
- Fill in the reservation form. In case you have some special requests, such as grilling in the garden, bike safekeeping, stay with dog, or any other idea, please write your request into the message field. Then only click on the send button.
- You will receive automatic confirmation of reception of your reservation request.
- Please wait for us to reply to your reservation request. We will answer within 5 working days via e-mail. We have to check, whether the lodging is free on the required days. If the space is free, we will reserve it for you and inform you via e-mail. Of course if the space is already reserve, we will also inform you via e-mail.
- The reservation is only valid, if we confirm it via e-mail and if it is in the calendar above under your group name. In case two or more groups request reservation for the same days, the decision is based on the order of submitting the requests and size of the group. If we confirm your reservation via e-mail, we will never cancel it because of other group showing interest. The only reason for cancellation from our side will be technical failure in the reserved rooms.
- The confirmation mail will also contain information about how and when it is possible to pick up the keys, what the price of lodging will be for your group and other important information for your stay at our scout house.
